These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of www.thyrosisters.com and related public-facing content operated by Joni Labbe doing business as ThyroSisters. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and the Website Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must use the website only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes. You may not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data, impersonate another person, submit false information, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use the website to violate any law.

2. No Professional Relationship Through Website Use

Viewing content, joining an email list, downloading a resource, submitting a general inquiry, or interacting on social media does not by itself create a practitioner-patient, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. A professional relationship is established only through ThyroSisters’ separate written intake, consent, eligibility, and acceptance process.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original text, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, downloads, course materials, trademarks, logos, design, arrangement, and other content are owned by or licensed to ThyroSisters and are protected by intellectual-property laws. “ThyroSisters,” program names, and related branding may be trademarks or service marks.

4. Limited Personal License

You may view the website and download materials expressly offered for personal use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, train artificial-intelligence systems on, or commercially exploit protected content without prior written permission, except where law expressly permits.

5. User Submissions

If you submit comments, reviews, questions, photographs, testimonials, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate and lawful. Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, you grant ThyroSisters a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the submission for the purpose for which it was provided. We will not publicly use identifiable patient health information or a testimonial without any authorization required by law.

6. Purchases and Separate Agreements

Paid services, programs, laboratories, supplements, digital products, subscriptions, or events may be governed by separate checkout terms, informed consents, program agreements, and refund policies. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that transaction.

7. Third-Party Services

The website may use third-party hosting, analytics, scheduling, communications, payment, advertising, laboratory, supplement, or social-media services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. ThyroSisters is not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, outages, or content.

Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ThyroSisters and its owners, personnel, contractors, and agents from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

11. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may update content, modify these Terms, or suspend or discontinue any website feature. Updated Terms are effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
